DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES - Hourly Billed Services


THIS DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES_1111 is made as of October 15, 2024, between CreativeWorks Systems, Inc (“CreativeWorks”) and , pursuant to the Account Set Up Agreement that CreativeWorks and Client executed as of October 15, 2024, and of which this Description of Services forms an integral part.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
Client hereby engages CreativeWorks to perform graphic design, web development, programming and internet marketing services based on materials supplied by the Client from time to time. Client has no obligation to utilize the services of CreativeWorks. CreativeWorks will supply the Client with both final artwork as well as any source files used to produce it. Projects or tasks may also be quoted at a fixed price if arrangements are made.

2. PROJECT FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS:
Project Fees will be applied according to work hours spent on each assigned project, and the number of hours will be specified in monthly invoices. The applied hourly rates will be:

1) Graphic design Mid: $35.00, Graphic Design – Senior: $43.00 (2) HTML5 Banner/Infographic Animation: $35.00, 3D: $49.00, 3D Animation: $59.00 (3) Programming Front-End: $38.00, Programming Base: $43.00, Programming Mid: $48.00, Programming Senior: $63.00 Content Management: $32 (4) Actionscript- Senior Level: $59.00 (5) Mobile Development- Mid Level: $59, Senior Level: $69 (6) Internet Marketing (Pay per click campaign management, Search Engine Optimization, Content Creation and Social Media): $49 (7) Copywriting: $35 (8) Video: $39.00 (9) Project Management: $55 (10) Consulting $95

Certain programming languages may result in a higher rate. In addition, certain specific individuals with unique capability may require a higher rate regardless of classification of the skill. In the event that a request will result in a higher rate than those listed above, CreativeWorks will inform the client prior to starting so that client may have the opportunity to accept the higher rate or seek another solution.

Client agrees that standard turnaround is no less than 48 hrs. If Client requires turnaround and delivery time of less than 48hrs, a 50% increase per hour will be applied to such requests (“rush order”). CreativeWorks will quote separate turnaround times for larger projects.

CreativeWorks will invoice the Client monthly for each calendar month, and the Client will pay the invoice within 10 days of the receipt of the invoice.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Creative Works and the Client cause this Description of Services to be duly executed below.
