CreativeWorks worked with multiple municipalities on complete website overhauls. The main focus of these projects was designing and implementing interfaces best serving the local populations allowing the residents to quickly address their concerns without paperwork, unnecessary visits, or phone calls. As an example, for most of them, we’ve designed and implemented forms/permit requests online together with payment gateway implementations.
Full ADA compliance became a necessity for these municipalities so our team designed these websites’ full compliance requirements at their core.
